Things You Should Know

1) All items are either pre-loved or brand new unless stated otherwise.

2) Quoted prices are non-negotiable and we practice a no trading policy.

3) Do contact us at closetheritage@gmail.com if you have any enquiries about the items and want further information.

4) Strictly for serious buyers only. Upon receiving a confirmation e-mail from us, you are required to make a payment to our Maybank account within three (3) working days. If payment is not made by then, item(s) will be released to the next available buyer.

5) COD is currently NOT available. There are two choices for postage:

Registered Post: RM4 (1 item), RM6 (>1 item) or PosLaju: RM6 (WM), RM8 (EM).

6) All transactions are final.

7) We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of items in the process of delivery.
